So I was went to the darts last night, I'm not much of a fan, but it's only up the road from me. Anyway it got me thinking as to what would be my entrance theme tune, and I settled on this one....read more.
I actually wrote about it about a year ago, thinking the exact same thing, so in 12 months, and I've pretty much been thinking of it everyday*, but I've been able to settle on this track as my darts theme tune.
I think I'd have a very bad attitude to play darts, as watching it, I find most of the people in the audience to look like idiots. If you're reading this, and consider yourself a regular member of a darts audience, well you're exempt from my idiot status, as you are reading this blog, and that makes you cool.
As for the track, it's a classic case of a remix making an original 1,000,000 times better. Mike D is pretty sharp on it, Noely G's guitar's wail....it's very much up my street, and hopefully yours too.
Anyway, all you cool cats that's me done for the Christmas, going back to my folks house for a week or so, and what with their dial-up connection and rubbish computer, posts will be nigh-on impossible. Then I'm going to lie on a beach for a few weeks, and we all know there's no chance I'll be writing anything while I'm away, so have a splendid Christmas, and a shit New Year's Eve, but a pleasant 2010 after.
