I've been listening to this lot quite a bit this week, you'll see why tomorrow I suppose, but yeah they are really growing on me. Their sound is heavily layered, and crosses between fits of anticipation, and euphoric dream-like breaks. Well that's just this track anyway, it ebbs and flows, teasing you, while every so often coming back to life.
After checking out some of their tracks on Myspace too, they have an ear for a tune, albeit a very American tune, but a tune nonetheless. Quite whether they'll be able to match the density of their recordings in a live setting will be interesting to see. They're that kinda band that will probably play ATP, or Bestival, so I suppose if your going there, you'll have a chance. to see.
