I wrote about these lot a few months ago, actually it was more than a year ago, I caught them at the BBC Electic Proms....anyway they'd kinda dropped off my radar of the year, I didn't see them at any festivals, but we've had them on their album demos on the office stereo for the last while, and I thought I'd drop some knowledge on you....or something like that, cool hip-hop lingo....

I don't know a great deal about this, it might have been a b-side off their debut single Ever So Shy, but I know I like it. Funny thing is though, my working contemporaries think it's the weakest track they've got, so that can only bode well. While in spirit they remind me off Ash, one of my favourite ever bands you should already know by know, musically their much more like The Undertones. Fuckin' hell when you think about it, Norn Iron can churn them out.

Anyway, yeah I probably tipped them to be huge this time last year, so if I do the same again this year it's gonna look suspect, so I'll just suggest that General Fiasco will be a successful band in the near future. My bets are resolutely hedged.
